We couldn’t have been more pleased with the southern Slow Roast menu we had over weekend! The BBQ ribs were fall off the bone and the brisket was melt in your mouth. My wife is obsessed with Mac & Cheese and she said it was one of the best she had tried! So that is high praise indeed! Thanks for making the whole day stress free.

Yes couldn’t be happier with everything from weekend! Set up was so easy and i barely even noticed with how fast everything was ready and serve exactly on time. My family loved having something different and the ribs went in about 30 seconds flat they were so tasty.
