The star of the menu was, of course, the slow-roasted meats: BBQ pork butt, Cajun-spiced chickens, and minted lamb, all cooked low and slow until they were irresistibly tender and juicy. And for the plant-based guests, we had a flavorful BBQ-pulled jackfruit with plant-based coleslaw. Alongside these hearty mains, we served up mouthwatering side dishes like Greek salad, potato salad, and ultra-creamy mac and cheese—perfect for warming everyone up on a chilly winter’s day.
When it came time to serve, the room was filled with eager guests ready to dig in, and no one was disappointed. From the flavours and variety to the beautiful presentation and our friendly, professional service, the meal was an absolute hit. Even the picky eaters, who Hannah and Ivan had been worried about, were coming back for seconds!
